Having lived an adventurous life with a career spanning 2 continents, Rosalie has had a wealth of professional experience within fashion and beauty; as well as the media/entertainment business, where she garnered and honed her skills in communications and business operations, in varied roles. Then into the Spa and health/wellness industries, leading on to medical aesthetics and cosmetic surgery, which Rosalie has been now actively engaged with since 2013.

She has hands-on experience in operational management, business development, marketing strategies and industry compliances/regulations. Rosalie is also a digital strategist, in her own right, with her knowledge and understanding of social media platforms & blogging which brands and industries engage with for visibility, as well as a general understanding of search engine optimisation and digital PR. She is passionate, creative and yet balances the practicality of a business's needs, and loves working with start-ups and visionary brand owners. Rosalie is also a great motivator for the Elixir Team with her natural exuberance and penchant for straight forward communication.
